Acknowledgment of Agreement:

When submitting an order with Fast Affordable Investigations Inc., you acknowledge a “Retainer Agreement and Open Billing Contract,” Credit Card Authorization and Open Billing Agreement. Due to the nature of the investigation and/or services, the Client acknowledges that no guarantees can be made as to the outcome of any investigation, and all fees are non-refundable. I authorize Fast Affordable Investigations Inc. to process a charge on my account, for a single payment and subsequent due in full of an invoice(s). I UNDERSTAND ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any fees incurred due to a charge-back or dispute will be in addition to the amount due. A charge-back fee of $750 plus any additional costs incurred, including attorney fees, collection agency fees, investigator and office time research, will become due and payable in case of any charge-back. Open balances of one or more past-due invoice(s) will be automatically drafted and deposited for payment in full. The credit card number will be a payment guarantee on an Open Billing Agreement. I authorize Fast Affordable Investigations Inc. to charge my credit card on the invoice date if payment is not satisfied. Any outstanding charges will be, accepted, and honored by the Client. Any disputes will be handled in a court of law in Broward County, and the Client understands that no chargebacks or disputes will be honored with the credit card company.

Acknowledgment of Theft of Service:

THEFT OF SERVICE OR CHARGEBACK:

Failure to pay for services rendered by Fast Affordable Investigations Inc. by Client will result in filing Theft of Services charges in the appropriate jurisdiction. All fees incurred, including attorney, court, and collection costs, will be added to the outstanding invoice(s) total. All court cases will be filed in the Jurisdiction of Broward County, Florida. Should the account not be paid, the Client assumes all collections costs, including but not limited to court costs, interest of 4.5% percent and all legal fees.

Final Terms:

Due to the nature of the investigation, no guarantee can be made regarding the outcome of any services. All fees are non-refundable. Fees are $125 per hour and $1 per mile. Investigations originate from zip code 33060.
Please be advised that an investigator will now be scheduled for your case, and no other investigation jobs will be booked for that investigator. The client acknowledges that due to the scheduling of an investigator, no refunds will be allowed.
Client Acknowledgement: The client acknowledges they have read and electronically or manually signed the Fast Affordable Investigations Inc. Retainer Services Open Billing Agreement by submitting an order form on the website.

Privacy Policy

General Statement of Principles: As described below, any information we gather at this website is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain, and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

Criminal Matters 

Criminal matters are billed at a rate of $250 per hour, in addition to any applicable expenses.

Statistical Data

Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or
week, pages with errors, and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Personal Information Collected – Order Forms

With the exception of credit card information, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us
